Today our Treasurer and Secretary & Press/Publicity Officer delivered the last of the raffle proceeds from our summer production of ‘My Fair Lady’ in the form of 3 cake domes to ReFuse Café, stopping for a Latte afterwards (of course!).
After discussion with the charities about how they would like their proceeds spent we are pleased to announce the final figures:
NEH (North East Homeless) – 10 backpacks (£130) and £90 cash
ReFuse Café – ‘Bain Marie’ (£115) and 3 multi-purpose cake domes (£50)
Food Bank – Our donations equated to 96 meals
